David Hooks, Director of Music 8:30 Worship

David serves as lead director and guitarist for our 8:30 service praise band. He began his ministry in 2007. Seventeen years ago he began self teaching on the guitar. Because of his music passion he uses his giftedness to praise God through song. He graduated from Appalachian State University. David is married with four children. He also serves in lay ministry as a deacon.
